Appointments

We recommend that you book an appointment if you’d like to try on any of our dresses this guarantees you one of our fitting rooms and some assistance if needed from one of our team
If however you would just like to browse then feel free to pop in anytime.

At busy times we try and limit your appointment to one hour, however in quieter periods you are able to take as long as you need to find your perfect dress.        

Due to limited space and in order to maintain a nice experience for everyone we suggest that you limit your guests to two people.    

General

We offer an alternations service on all Prom and evening dresses by our in-house seamstress, with prices on request. Our bridesmaids dresses still currently include basic alteration, however any weight fluctuations will incur an alterations fee.
 
We are able to recommend an experienced bridal alteration service for any bridal gown alteration requirements.
When you find you dream design we request a minimum of 50% deposit to secure the order, with the balance payable once the dress has arrived in store.

If your dress is purchased from our large collection of stock within the Boutique we are happy to arrange an instalment plan, with the final balance being paid before any alterations are made to your dress or it is collected.
Our bridesmaids dresses range from £135-£265, prom and evening dresses £250-£600, and our Bridal gowns start at £250 and go upto £1100.

If you wish to order a size or colour of dress that we don’t already have in stock we can have most styles made to order for you and this usually takes 3-4 months. However if possible we recommend you allow 6 months before your event.

Most prom and evening styles made to order for you with 3-4 months, bridesmaids are 2-3 months and bridal 6, however we highly recommend ordering well in advance of this where  possible to avoid disappointment and to allow for alterations. 

Unfortunately all deposits are non refundable and our suppliers do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If any alterations have been made to your dress then the full amount is payable.

We have a small step into the shop which is manageable for most people, however our bridesmaid suite is on the first floor and unfortunately we don’t have a lift, , so it’s advisable not to bring prams or pushchairs to Bridal or Bridesmaid appointments.
